Is this part of a free society ??

I saw this poster above a urinal in the bathrooms at Telstra Dome. Somebody ought to vandalise it and show them that we the people will not lie down like sheep to be slaughtered, and that every human has the right to defend themselves.


A disarmed populace are easy prey. These kind of laws where you aren't even allowed to own weapons for the strict purpose of self defence are outrageous and belittling. We are all children now, told never to defend ourselves and take measures to look after our families and our property.

This is not such a free country after all.

    Don't get me started on crap like this Jono, it really pisses me off to be lectured and pushed around like bloody sheep on this issue. And if you don't carry a weapon and get shot or stabbed like people do everyday, where is the brainiac that thought of this poster, never to be found ey.

    Only as free as the state and the thugs running the streets allow us to be.

    Is this true? The government put up a sign like that, and where is Telstra Dome?

    Yep its true alright. Telstra Dome is a major stadium in Melbourne, in the CBD. It holds just about every major event, from concerts to football to graduation ceremonies and corporate functions.

    It has the Victorian Government logo on it, its authentic.
